Julie offers something rare in ketamine care: the ability to hold both the medical and the therapeutic dimensions of treatment under one roof. As a psychiatric prescriber and trained integration specialist, she brings the best of both worlds — clinical expertise in evaluation and medication management alongside the deep, personal attunement that meaningful integration therapy requires. She works with patients across both IV ketamine and Spravato (esketamine), tailoring the approach to what best fits each person's needs.

With over 15 years of clinical experience and a Master's in Mental Health, Julie's path to this work is as personal as it is professional. Her own healing journey — navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety through therapy, meditation, and expanded states of awareness — gave her a firsthand understanding of what transformation actually feels like, and what it takes to sustain it. That experience redirected her career and deepened her commitment to whole-person care.

At Clarus Health, Julie provides the full continuum of ketamine care: psychiatric evaluation and medication management, preparation sessions before treatment, and integration therapy afterward to help you make meaning of your experience and carry it forward.
